Trampoline onto the witch's roof, jump into the chimney by standing just inside the chimney and jumping. Go to the room on the right and run over the cauldren to put these three ingredients in. When the witch moves over the cauldren and all three ingredients are in, she'll die and you can get past and collect the crystal.

You can fill the bucket at any body of water. Pouring water on the fireplace will allow you access to the chimney which leads you to a lever. Move the lever to point down and it will activate a lift a few screens to the left, which allows you to reach the entrance to the central tower to get a crystal.

Once the well is drained you can go down and near the bottom of the shaft there's a tunnel to the right with a cannon. Put these items in the cannon to blow a hole in the wall and reveal the secret lab. Jump over the animal pits to reach a crystal.

There are two chambers in the pyramid that require a mask placed on the ground to stop the mummies. Take the statue to the bottom of the pyramid (tomb) and hold it over the coffin thing to sacrifice it in return for a crystal.

Put the raw chicken on the oven pad in the kitchen and when the flame touches it, it will cook. Take the roast chicken to the temple and when you pass the skull-like temple guardian spirit it will eat the chicken and won't bother you again.

When you first enter the witch's house, jump through the wall on the top right

Freeze the water at the bottom of the well with the ice crystal (after draining the water) and jump through the tunnel on the right

Cellar
At the screen with the water surface, place a trampoline on the floating object-pad thing, and jump into the ceiling slightly to the left. Once inside the ceiling, follow it left.

The five crystals must be placed on the alter in the temple and they'll appear in the sanctuary, left of the starport machine. Once all the crystals are in place, you can teleport to the otherworld by standing on the starport.
