No problem - 4 left.

Ian, if I don't manage to build it beforehand, I'll build it there!

Are you willing to stick one in a jiffy bag and post it ? If so I'd like one if you can let me know the inclusive price,

Cheers,

Look Ian - it just needs solder and wires! (and yes, it's got a big arc-style econet socket on it)...

I would suggest moving the Econet module nearer the podule connector. The Econet side is less critical.

I failed to specify an Ian :D - nothing's soldered yet so I can do that.

Can you explain the mini one?

Yup... 2 left! Although the last one I won't 100% commit to until it's built, just to give myself some scope for buggering something up...

Excellent. One tentative one left depending on how much you trust my crimping and ability to identify pin 1... :D

Ooh thank you! If you don't get round to soldering it, we can do that at Halifax and I'll photograph it all happening!!

I might even insist on a 5-pin DIN socket...

Won't fit unless you want it dangling... the 15pin solution is much much neater.

Meanwhile, the 2p extension leads come to £2.75 a pop (having dredged back through to see how much that ribbon cable cost). Now I just have to work out which box my crimper's residing in!

Okay, all cables are built and tested. All of them work - that means there is still one up for grabs if anyone else wants one?

Could I collect mine at Halifax at the end of the month, please, instead of posting?

Yup - I'm only posting the ones that people have explicitly requested be posted (i.e. people not coming to Halifax). I should say that there are none left now :)

Hi everyone. Premier Inn have taken payment today! Only 2 weeks to go now, I can't wait!
Are any other members interested in attending as there are still 4 spaces available? What about those on the tentative list (Peter and Colin)? Are you able to make it?

hi Simon, sorry buddy, I'am completely knackered after my 4.5 weeks training in new job, and for traveling, my brand new van has done this in those weeks:
https://scontent-a-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/hph ... e=555B5FB0
and that was AM today, now it's 2,184 when I got home at 6:45pm :-s

Have a great time folks \:D/ , pity I can't make it, as Phill was going to sort out my Atom with his rom/ram board and Jason with his Matchbox 2nd pro fix...

Hi mate. Really sorry to hear you're not able to make it. I knew you were busy and spending time away from home so it's not entirely unexpected. Hopefully you'll make it down for August or maybe October/November this year.

Is anyone bringing an eprom burner with them? I recently got a WE 12 rom board and haven't fitted it yet and don't have any roms to go in it!
