RISC iX 1.21c manual set scanned finally.

I finally bit the bullet and paid to have four of these these done.
They didn't do colour cover art so I may do that at some point.

I noticed the XWindow System Admin guide had odd numbered pages rotated 180 degrees. Page 53 was also duplicated. I've fixed those nits...
