Here's a starter score from me. The game still depends a lot on luck on the 2nd and 4th screens, especially on the higher levels.

I *used* to be very good at this game BITD and despite a hour or so of looking, I cannot locate that past form  Wow, I do remember the RNG pushing fireballs up the ladders far more vigorously in later levels, the jumping has to be more-or-less perfect and the RETURN key really does need to be held until the "Mario" lands where he's needed. Jumping off the ledges at 75M are the most frustrating. The fireballs on the ladders get very hit & miss on level 3 onwards and don't talk to me about the puddings on the conveyor on 50M that's just plain unfair  and why can't I take the hammer up the ladder? It would be far more convenient...

Well, levels 2 and 4 certainly can be, unfair, shall we say.
Got all the way round to the last level (on the second round) and then lost all my lives in quick succession.

My high scores so far.

Level 3 is definitely the hardest screen - but the other ones are more random/luck based - sometimes you can get straight through them, other times you have to spend ages waiting for the fire things to get out of the way.

Indeed, Ed would have to go backwards to go past me!

I believe you are the one who threw down the challenge at 49600...

I'll have a play at the weekend... I didn't know Spycat could go back in time to 1983, that's some advanced secret tech they had at MI4½ !

Unfortunately Spycat couldn't time travel - as good as it sounds !! this is the Play It Again Sam 3 reissue version from about 1988. Some of the other names are from Bonecruncher, Quest and something called Repton - whatever that is !!
