It is possible to upgrade a Commodore 16 to 64k by inserting 2 x TMS4464 and adding a couple of address line connections and bending some legs on the SN74ls257 etc. https://hackaday.com/2019/03/23/make-yo ... modore-64/
My question is would it also work using UD61464DC, still with a view to getting 64k but addressing less of the available memory in the chip.
It looks feasibleish from the data sheets of the two DRAMs, but there's people with significantly more knowledge and experience of such things on here who would know
