Where can I find GEKonfig?

Did you look at !InstallGK on disc 2?

I don't have the original release, I have the later version from the APDL CD ROM, which doesn't have !InstallGK.

I'm going to guess that the APDL release is also not actually compatible with RISC OS 3.1, given the OS compatibility details on that page.

the APDL version says in the help file it needs a Risc PC.

As indicated on the download page Ian linked too (red means not compatible, green means ADFFS gets it working), Flying High requires RISC OS 3.6
