Fast Access Volume 3 - Any Issues After Number 2

Does anyone know if there were any issues of Fast Access magazine after Volume 3 Number 2?

There are six issues in the first volume, and six issues in the second volume. Then it looks as if two issues from Volume 3 were released, and it came to an abrupt halt. The 'final' issue (14, above) has an adventure in it: Diploma Adventure, and the readme for it notes something like "We'll be publishing a full solution to this adventure next issue in case you get stuck" so if the end did come, it clearly came quite quickly.
Anyone a subscriber to the mag back in the day and recall whether it just suddenly stopped?
I actually think I might have some issues of Fast Access 'somewhere' in my house. If no-one knows I'll have a rifle through the old cardboard boxes over Christmas.
