How can I change the background colour in this BASIC version of Shangai?

This is an old PD version of Shangai. My favourite version of the game due to the tile set. Can anyone spot how the window background colour is set in the BASIC code posted above? The current green is garish and a tad eye straining. I'd like to change it to grey. I had a quick look but didn't spot anything obvious, although there are a lot of OS calls that I do not understand.

It's very likely that the window background colour is specified by the Templates file, not this BASIC file. You'll probably want to use a template editor. The one I use is !TemplEd and I can attach it if wanted, but I have what is probably a very old version of it (from 1996). There are probably newer and better ones you can use!

Okay, I took a look and it looks like there is a slightly later version of !TemplEd (1997) available on arcarc.nl! (The version I had was 1.32; the one I just linked to is 1.34.)

Thanks, I just used the latest version and was able to change the background colour with that.
