mornington crescent

Post by matelot »

has anyone got a copy of the program mornington crescent printed in micro user v3 n2 apr 1985? I am just curious as I have heard it played on the " i'm sorry i'll read that again" programme on the comedy bbc channel and wonder if it is the same thing. Thanks.

well.... given the nature of "Mornington Crescent", I suspect the Beeb program was somewhat underwhelming and something of a joke on whoever typed it in... I notice it was the April edition too... hmmm....

But it may well be in the archive on 8bs somewhere...

They are available from acornelectron.co.uk, but only on dvd.
Couldn't find it on 8bit or acornpreservation, so that might be the way to go.

Heh, I'll have to give that a try (once I've got my serial port fixed).

As an avid fan of I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue, the existence of this game is news to me!
