Being motivated again after the weekend to do some "Atom stuff" I took it out of the Atom today.
It is a color card by a Dutch electronics company called 'Micé' (Notice the e-acute) which seem to have made/sold it, (though the soldering makes me think it was a kit) I don't have any documentation about it and today I also noticed that the part numbers have been scraped off the IC's.
Als I did not make any comparison with the original card, no clue where and if it matches.

As there are alternatives nowadays that deliver much higher quality I doubt whether it makes sense to put any more time in it and just keep it as a "Collecters' Item".
Soldering isn't great either.
