i personally use stardot and facebook daily, posting maybe once a day (depending on circumstances) and checking both maybe 10 times in total per day. ive checked discord once or twice but not really a fan of the format for this purpose, excellent for chatting to freinds, not so much for acorns!

I think I signed up for discord when our channel or whatever it's called was set up but don't visit.
I do go on FB market place occasionally and there is a list of things I have been tagged in, but rarely post.
I wouldn't even use discord for fast answers, although it may be excellent for that as *. Usually had the answer already and if not, someone replies very quickly.
Working well on my phone's browser is also important to me as I hate apps
