Hi,
Many moons ago, instead of doing what I should have been doing at university, I was interested in being able to scan directly into a RISCOS application I was developing. After a bit of persuasion, Computer Concepts (who made the hand scanner I had) sent me these technical reference docs to their scanner SWIs.
I think I got it working after a fashion, but ultimately decided that separating image acquisition and processing was easier/more sensible.
I can't remember how CC sent me these, although I suspect it was physical copy by mail. I've scanned them today in case they're of any use to anyone (although I'd imagine it's unlikely!).

Interesting stuff!
"This is an internal document and should not be released to third parties" - ha! How often have I written such, knowing full well it's going to get distributed right away...
