Does anyone have a .uef or .ssd image of this very early BBC Model A/B educational title?

I bought a copy off eBay but the tape seems unreadable - the signal is strong enough but for some reason it seems like the reels just stop and start and distort it when I try to load from it.

I can't find an image of it on the Internet anywhere.
