Yes, it's a great source of information, and it also helps to puncture a few myths about Acorn's performance and strategy at a certain point in the company's history. The part about how the US Beeb was needlessly specified for use with television sets was quite insightful. If one is going to spend millions of dollars entering a market, it is perhaps a good idea to understand that market first. Indeed, I dug up an interesting article about the US education market not that long ago:

"Lowell's Tots Getting CPUs", Management Information Systems Week, 4th April 1984.

I guess that if people are looking for US Beebs in old storage facilities, that would give them a place to start.
