The Dragon adventure can be found at the IF Archive, and the README tells us the author is a William Stott, active in 2004 and perhaps still known to someone?
It's also possible these adventures were part of the MUSE archive, if anyone has a copy of that:
Edit: I see Frankie and Puppet are in the IF archive too. Search for Stott here.The game was eventually distributed free to schools in the London Borough of Hillingdon, and was available from the MUSE (Microcomputer Users in Secondary Education) software library until its closure a few years later.
