Re: MRM Software "archive"
The two Dickie Brickie's made me initially think there was a 20 level version. But that doesn't appear to be the case. You can skip levels by pressing Tab and enter any number between 1 and 20, then pressing Enter. However, the last 4 levels just reuse sprites from earlier levels, with differing layouts. Level 19 is impossible to finish though.
Well, it got my hopes up!

Re: MRM Software "archive"
The next few posts will hold copies of discs that contain various development versions of a program called "Toybox". Not sure which of the discs contain programs that actually work.

Re: MRM Software "archive"
N.B. Toybox disc number 6 seemed to be corrupted and/or damaged, so I couldn't archive it.

Re: MRM Software "archive"
I found the following notes in the box labelled "Toybox", together with the discs I've already attached to the last few posts, above.
Re: MRM Software "archive"
I've now completed a first pass through all the 5.25-inch discs in this collection.
I'll start off with the discs in the "white box":
Quite right! I skipped over most of the Wabash discs after I realised they were incredibly flaky and unreadable. There are also a number of other discs I was unable to archive because of dirt, damage, corruption, or protection. I'll post photos of them here for the record, in the hope that you, Phil (or someone else), will be willing to take them on and recover the data forensically.

Re: MRM Software "archive"
I can probably take these on and see if there's anything I can do -- I may have a bit of time spare over Christmas.
Have any of the "unrecoverable" disks been put into a disk drive?
Cheers
Phil
