Uridium on tape has been MIA for a while but one finally showed up. With thanks to vanekp and lurkio for teaming up on the logistics, capture and conversion.
Attached is a zip with a CSW and UEF.

For the curious, this looks like it has a Wizadore-style non-standard chunk (#331), with an illegal sync byte:
