Weekday 'Virtual' Acorn session #7, Tuesday 28th July 2020, 6pm - 10pm

Post by sydney »

I'm a bit late announcing this again,sorry!
It's time for the next weekday evening meeting so please respond in this thread if you are interested in attending. 6pm - 10pm is the running time but it is possible we will go past this.
The evening meets are less structured and have tended to be quite social whilst still being mainly about Acorn and technology in general.

This next bit is important.

If there is something you'd like to talk about let me know in this thread and I'll make sure time is set aside for discussing your topic.

Also, if you suddenly remember something you would like to talk about during the meeting and you don't want to interrupt the current discussion please message me using the zoom chat and let me know and I'll move the discussion on at an appropriate time.

If there are no topics then the evening will be pretty much just a social gathering of Acorn geeks, which many would agree is no bad thing.

Please can you add my name to this small, but elite (pun very much intended) group of attendees. I will probably just be dipping in and out.
There is so much wonder in the universe; why should you want to imagine that there is more?

It looks like I might be able to make the whole evening and would appreciate any feedback people want to give on my Moon Patrol game.

I'll be there.

I can give a quick overview of what's new in this weeks MAME release, and also other features I've been looking at this month.

I've not been too well, and a very long zoom session probably isn't the thing for me, but if there's free space (and there seems to be) I'll try to drop in for an hour or two.

Pm's have been sent to everyone on the list. Let me know if I missed you!
See you all at 6pm!
Places are still available so if you'd like to join in please try to get in touch before 6pm as I'll not be checking this thread regularly(if at all) during the meeting.
