Inform / Z-Machine v1.1 (Infocom v3) Development Environment

Post by Samwise »

Just launched in time for Retro Fusion '08, the Inform / Z-Machine v1.1 (Infocom v3) Development Environment has landed over at Retro Software:

http://www.retrosoftware.co.uk/informz3/

This is a complete development system based on Jon Welch's BBC Micro Z-Machine Interpreter which can be used to develop brand-new interactive fiction/text adventures, using the popular Inform language, for the BBC Micro that will also be playable on many other retro and modern platforms, with a Z-Machine Interpreter.

If anyone fancies developing a new game with this, go download it and tell us about it in the Z-Machine forum at Retro Software.

Sam.
