Vintage Computer Fest - Mountain View, California - Aug 4-5

Post by 8bitkick »

Acorn computers will be on show at the Vintage Computer Festival August 4-5 in the Computer History Museum, Mountain View, California!!

I went to this great event last year and noticed a distinct lack of Acorns. This year, together with stardotters myelin & lion, we will be representing with an exhibit of the influential British machines - Acorn Atom, Electron, Archimedes and BBC Micro all on show.

If you happen to be in Bay Area, come by and say hello. The Computer History Museum venue is also well worth a visit, featuring the Apollo Guidance Computer along with many other historically significant computing artifacts. :D

Clever logo! Name badges and other identifying marks are a very good idea so people recognise each other and start chatting.

Hmm seems to be a closed group - any chance you could liberate these photos?
