I've got a new capture setup so thought I would post Centepede on a real beeb with commentary.

https://youtu.be/6HEBmYOBzes best watch in 720p on a 50Hz monitor.

I've been swapping the Analogue stick/trackball for joystick control but seem to have introduced a bug.
Occasionally the mushrooms aren't where they appear to be!
If you find a way to reproduce this, I should be able to fix it!

Looks very good Tricky, did play this quite a bit way back then and will re-visit it when you've finished the project.

For those of you who would like a deep dive into Centipede then please follow the link.

Updated Centipede to the new loader (main reason for the update) and added the key redefinition.
I think that I fixed the invisible mushrooms ages ago, but can't be sure!

Look awesome as always Tricky. Nice work.

John.
I did start this, but then got distracted although I did buy some small arcade cabs to house the beebs in and did some code for a menu. I have six arcade monitors in the repair queue, but they were on Paigntom pier and may be too far gone, in which case, I'll need six new (old) boards for them.
I've misplaced the piece of paper with which games go together, but there were up to 4 per cab based on controls.
I wanted to add trackball support to centipede, but I'm a couple of hundred bytes short although I guess I could remove the high score table but that seems a shame as it is so prominent on the arcade version.
