MODE 4 Video Player

Hey all,

Since I was busy hacking the old Bad Apple video player I thought I'd do a full screen MODE 4 test... completely unoptimised but fun & has potential.

Thanks. I thought I'd run another test using ordered dithering to grey scale a colour video. Yeah, might be pushing the limits a bit trying to run this full screen!!
