Help with C64 Game

Ive tried the normal C64 sites, but no luck!

I need a scan of the colour card sheet for the COMMODORE Version of Jet Set Willy.

This is the card with the different 4 colour codes that are needed to start the original un-altered game.

Ive got Spectrum version's and the Jet Set Willy 2 for the C64, but not this one, and I need it for a friend who's collecting the original games.

Any help out there?????
