I am assuming the XC6SLX9 Mini Board will come back, so I'm looking at gathering the bits for a Z80 and 6502 setup.
That's rather brave of you!

Some of the parts are a bit difficult to source; the 74LVC4245 were tricky and the Precidip pin to pin connectors I could only find in bulk order, typically 1,000 units. However, I'm making progress.
It does look like the Nexperia 74LVC4545ADW is now end-of-life and unavailable. But I think TI still have these parts in production. The TI part number is SN74LVC4245ADW.
Mouser and
Digikey have plenty in stock. Just make sure you get the 7.5mm wide SOIC package (DW).
Header option 1 (the PreciDIP header) is avalable at
Digikey
Header option 2 (the PreciDIP socket) is available at
RS. The additional turned-pin header strips don't have to be PreciDIP. There are plenty of these on ebay: (e.g. seller
switch_elec)

When it comes to the two adapter boards, do you have any blanks? If not, I will look at getting some from somebody such as JLCPCB if I am allowed to use your gerbers.
Yes, I have a few of each left.
I was selling these are £10 each (inc UK postage), but I could do the pair for £15 (inc UK postage). PM me if interested.
Otherwise you can order from JLC.
