Hello all,
I have now managed to get my A3020 to the point where I can ping my router successfully through a rj45, 10baseT connection. It been a little bit of an educational journey.
I have Omniclient 2.04 on the hard drive and was hoping to set up a tcp/ip share to a windows machine or NAS. Is this possible or am I stuck with Netbeui, as others seem to have made this work?
As an added question, is there a was to disable the 'classrom' that comes included with the etherlan card. It seems to take up well needed resources and put and extra disk icon on the desktop which pings error messages as it is not connected to anything!
Thanks for any tips!
Kevin.

Solved! It was all down to capital letters.
Next question. Which roms can I turn off to stop the extra apps icon appearing. It keeps popping up to tell me sharer machine is switched off.
I tried to unplug the classrom module, but that stopped it booting with a memory error.
Thanks!
