No probs - I'll let you know when I've built and tested a few boards. It'll be a little while as they're surface mount which is easier if I do in the lab at work with the Really Expensive Soldering Iron - so need to book an afternoon to go in sometime in the next couple weeks.

Probably quite easy to replicate (if I'd bothered to take a picture of the component side of the board!!)
I had a go at making a PCB for one of these, reverse engineered from the photos attached here. It seems to work and switches between the AMX mouse and the UPURs cable quite happily. I was motivated to do it because the large plug on my AMX mouse won't fit under the Master.
