Thanks to tomseddon I have archived some documentation for the TRACER TURTLE.
The software is missing.

Just shows how the memory degrades as one gets older. 
tomseddon had sent me the software a while back. I had saved it on my computer pending archiving and forgotten where I saved it. The MS Windows search utility would have worked except I did not know the name I used when I saved it! Fossilisation of the intellect is very real.
