Mum tells me I watched the moon landing - but at a negligible number of months old, I don’t remember it. Which makes me 54⅓

Last used a Beeb in education at Tile Hill College in 1989. Easier to write a tiny bit of assembler in BASIC (with a dollop of O% and OPT 7 (was it?)) than working it out by hand and then punching it in to a dev board through a hex keypad.</nostalgia>

Yeah I’ve just been through this whole thread to see if I’d responded to it before (FOR OLD TIME’S SAKE), but apparently I did not.

I’m 15 years older than when I first signed up here. That makes me old, by default.

BBC Micro at primary school; Electron at home pre-Sega/Nintendo; Archimedes at secondary school; PC at college/university. In 2024, that puts me in the mid-forties.

Almost 44, but just into Acorn computers for a few years now (as they were rather rare here in Austria, we were Commodore people :mrgreen: )
