Control software for bbc b
Re: Control software for bbc b
Dunno if these are of any use to you:
- Bruce Smith's book Interfacing Projects For The BBC Micro, which you can get a free PDF of from his website: https://www.brucesmith.info/interfacing ... bbc-micro/
- There are a couple of books at 8bs.com with "Control" in the title: http://www.8bs.com/othrdnld/manuals/publications.shtml

I found the attached in a large collection previously shared.

Anyone has the PDF of "Interfacing Projects for the BBC Micro", it seems that the link to the free PDF version has somehow expired. Would love to read through it

Check out the Educational Archive (below). There are lots of control software there.

Folk interested in control projects really should have a look at I2C - if you just Google say ‘I2C gadgets’, you will be presented with a plethora of fascinating and, importantly, cheap devices that are genuinely both fun and functional to play with for the hobbyist. In terms of control software, you can easily write simple BASIC programs employing the very friendly Beeb (and Elk and Master] I2C interface - have a read of the I2C thread here and download the software (for rom or SWR) plus manual from the thread here. Enjoy!
