Thank you. I don’t see PSolver3.exe in that link, the two images that are there (1.0 and 2.0) don’t work for me unfortunately. 1.0 shows no files on the disk, 2.0 shows a lot of no-name files in the directory listing. Both listed with DIR from Dos Plus on my Master 128. Have you got this working please?

So it seems those images are DOS format, which can't be read properly by my Gotek (or I assume any Beeb floppy drive?). I'm struggling to work out how to get these into my Dos Plus install therefore, so any help would be appreciated. I have no problem with any of the other IMG files in this thread, so if somebody could possibly get the contents of the PS 2.0 disk into an image formatted the same way, I'd really appreciate it.

For anyone looking to transfer these .IMG files to an ADFS hard drive image for use with a DC, GoSDC, BeebSCSI etc., here's how I managed to do it using Windows 10:

1) Download a copy of ImDisk
2) Extract the DRIVE_C file from the DOS folder of your ADFS hard drive image using ADFS Explorer
3) Mount the DRIVE_C file as a virtual drive in ImDisk
4) Mount the required .IMG files as virtual drives in ImDisk
...

EDIT: In step 2, rather than doing "Export file...", drag and drop the DRIVE_C file to extract it as ADFS Explorer's export file option doesn't seem to work correctly.
Hi Rob

My BeebSCSI hard drive image was more or less empty when I got it. Any idea where can I obtain a DOS folder and DRIVE_C file?

Many thanks!

It's created on the ADFS filesystem when you "format C" under dosplus to install the OS to the hard disk.

Here's a set on how to add a DOS Plus hard drive to BeebSCSI/Pi1MHz SCSI:

Thanks Rob. I may try that.

I made an image using BeebEm in the end which works fine there but not in my Elk:

https://www.stardot.org.uk/forums/viewt ... 11#p411011

I got the img software to mount the Hdd image but not the floppy image with Turbo Pascal so I went the BeebEm route.

I found an existing disc image with DOS in the install folder, copied the DOS stuff to my hdd image using ADFS explorer and then loaded that into BeebEm. I then loaded Turbo Pascal in as a floppy disc and copied the files across with COPY *.* c:\PASCAL.
That then worked fine in BeebEm but not on my Elk.
