Arcadian's on the road and has been snouting out venues. He's bagged the Sports City Travelodge for the last weekend in January:

There is enough space for about 25 x 4' tables across two adjacent rooms (small , and the venue are apparently very accommodating with regard to getting food in etc, etc.

More space behind that partition.

Would it be too much to ask if you could confirm with the venue that they will be OK with us soldering in the rooms etc, as I'd rather have this checked in advance than get a bolocking when we set the fire alarm off or something like that.......

Yes it's all cleared, we will position anyone using solidering irons 'strategically' i.e. close to the windows and away from smoke detectors!
