Two very unusual mods in one Atom

An Atom was recently given to me. It has two very unusual mods. Can you see why it doesn't work in the first place :lol:

One hint: there isn't even any garbage visible on the screen.

BTW: even after undoing those mods it still has no picture ... :shock:
FPGAtom: 512 KB RAM, Real Time Clock and 64 colours
MAN WOMAN :shock:

Of course pic one is obvious,

but about pic two,

apart of IC20 hasn't a top notch

& C7 is a blue little cap...

Tell me tell me... :-)

Or did I guess/see that right?...
