Re: Atom 32K SRAM expansion
That's like RAMROM board version 0.1 But still it works fine.
BTW should be ready to start building RAMROM boards next week, the boards are here but I need to check stock of all the components.
Besides I'm on holiday (just not at work) this week so am trying to relax
Cheers.
Phill.

Re: Atom 32K SRAM expansion
We'll I used the same technique when creating my 1/2 MHz switch:
And in this way it is fitted into my Atom:
As you can see, the red wire leads to bit 7 of #BFFF so I can switch in software between 1 or 2 MHz.

Hello 2 all,
If someone is still interested in a simple upgrade to 32K Low RAM with backup battery and write protect, see this article:
http://www.acornatom.nl/atom_nieuws/199 ... 941027.htm
(Dutch language, but with simple diagrams).
