Possible to read HTML files on RISC OS3.1?

As per title. A lot of software I have downloaded recently comes with manuals in HTML format and it would be nice if I can read those on actual Archimedes hardware.

Lots of options for RISC OS in general - Browse by Acorn. Oregano by Oregan. Fresco by ANT. Netsurf and ArcWeb and Firefox are Freeware options. Others I've probably forgotten.

Of those, I'm pretty sure Fresco and ArcWeb work on 3.1.

Thanks, Fresco seems to run OK on RO3.1. Kind of a bizarre experience running a web browser on a computer from the 80s.
