Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has a UEF of the Music 5000 software cassette, or is able to make one - or indeed send me it on cassette so that I could make one?
I have found the Music 500 UEF online but not the Music 5000 one.
The Music 5000 manual suggests it was available with cassette or disc, although I guess most people who had Music 500/5000 also had a disc drive so I suspect the cassette is rather rare.

An alternative release is the Music 500 Upgrade Pack
https://www.retro-kit.co.uk/user/custom ... ul1986.pdf offering cassette (and interestingly not disc), given IRC this software was identical to the Music 5000 software at the same time.
Interestingly I see the later HMS advert https://www.retro-kit.co.uk/user/custom ... t-copy.pdf (sadly undated) mentions only disc. I'd guess by then cassette demand had declined to the point we dropped default support.
