Quite slick.

( I personally do not like dithering, though. Much prefer solid colour areas, if possible. One's milage may vary! )

There are also some nice images in the original thread 8bitworskhop's Dithertron - mode 2 scre ... ur browser that might change your mind. It has many filters, maybe someone could add one that is more to your liking.
