EtherV (Ether3) TopCat huge podule ROM

A DIP32 podule ROM - bit unusual. 256KB of TopCat and junk in here.

The podule it came from seems unusual too - a 10b2/10bT thing that identifies itself in software as Ether3, but is actually marked "Ethernet V" (ie Ether5) and doesn't have the normal SEEQ 8005 chip for Ether3, but a SEEQ VP06652-NQ80C04A AEDLC instead (same as on Beebug podules)
