I am trying to move a Website downloaded to my RiscPC in 1997 to a network drive and to floppy disks. It will not be copied and says something about problems converting some characters. Any ideas how to move the site to for instance Google Drive ?

I think you need to provide a few more details about exactly what you are doing and the exact error you see (screenshots would be good).
