ELITE Gameplay Question

Hi All.

Has anyone been playing ELITE recently, or can remember what happens?

I got a mission to chase a stolen ship, which has done a galaxy jump.
I did a galaxy jump to follow and there have been no other messages and I've not come across the stolen ship.
Been in this galaxy for ages - still nothing.

Any ideas, please?

Have a look for a planet called Cearso, there's a clue there
