If these are coming from the same Russian IP range as the similar ones I'm seeing rejected by the comments script at viewdata.org.uk, can we just not block the whole block?

I spotted this within minutes yesterday and would have removed but for this particular group I've no controls to do so as I'm not a moderator of it. All other mods for this group seem to be AWOL at the moment.
