Feel better? I just thought you were getting too close...... ;-)

and thanks for pointing it out. I'm getting older and less attentive than I should be so am prone to this type of error at times.

I can see that I need to kick middle or down, but by the time the signal gets to the appropriate fingers I see the blue player hit damage star.

I need a Turbo button (for me not the computer!) ...

If you hit the T when you're getting low health, you get full health and in some instances this is really useful.

Back in the day I remember there was something called SloMo which would slow the game down and give players with slow reactions more time to react! Maybe that's we on the Low Score end need, ha ha!!

always loved Yie Ar pt1, even broke the Return key BITD with it! #-o

any ideas what the little dish does at end of level when you punch the baddy, then collect it? just seems to make a noise, no extra points.... :?

got to screen8 again, then it just goes back to scrn1, but a little faster..

anyways : 39,200 8)

I'm not 100% sure of this but I think if you've used the T key then at some point the cup is the replenisher of that function. That's just a guess but it might actually even be right. Check the instructions, it mentions T (Tea).

The dish makes you invulnerable until the sound stops. You get a tea leaf each time you defeat a group of 3 of the flying/rolling guys on the initial screens on each level. Press T and your energy is reset back to the maximum. Also, you get a 5000 point bonus if you complete a level with maximum energy remaining.

Interesting, the instructions aren't accurate ... you only need one tea leaf to reset your energy, not 5.

Continuing the HSC tradition of finding bugs in games ... I found you don't need to collect any tea leaves, you can press T at any time to reset to max energy.

Another bug: when you defeat the end of level opponent, the game awards a bonus by counting down your remaining energy. When I defeated the level 8 opponent, my energy was almost gone, but it didn't stop counting and I got something like 30,000 bonus points.

Aargh!!! There I was saving up my tea leaves until I really needed them. The above bug ruins the game unless you choose to not play the tea leaves. To illustrate, I managed to get through more than four cycles with the T key pressed down more or less constantly and contorting my fingers to play the various moves. Not much fun and of course, I'm not claiming the score of 208200.   #-o #-o #-o

Interestingly, sometime towards the end of the fourth cycle the energy would only regenerate to the level in the screenshot; a bug within a bug???

Damn, forgot to play the previous game. Ah well, I wasn't in danger of winning this season, anyway :)

This is a nice looking game, bit of a button masher though, as previously mentioned. Not using the T button here.

No tea used - not enough fingers!
