Re: Missing game on Ebay. Did anyone get it?
Does anyone have contact details for him?
I have dealt with him in the past but can't find any details.
It would be great if he could upload the files for these 3 games.

if Ian is having trouble making a image of it,
then I know a person who can do it if it's posted out, don't know who he is ......
I did notice that too Lee, but just thought it was somewhere on net already

The Christmas Mega-Gift looks familiar, probably have it somewhere. I think (but could be completely wrong) the only BBC program on there is Orlando's 3D Space Wars demo.

BBC Model B: ATPL Sidewise, Acorn Speech, 2xWatford Floppy Drives, AMX Mouse, Viglen case, BeebZIF, etc.

Ah, so that's where the demo originated from!
Col that's a special tape you've got there, don't bin it!
Any chance of a nice photo? And maybe a WAV/UEF for the archive? (Just 3D wars, not the non-Acorn guff!)

Re: Missing game on Ebay. Did anyone get it?
I don't know if anyone's already on the case, but does the suite of four card games offered in this eBay auction constitute a missing title?
Accepting that card games are so ubiquitous on the Beeb as to blend into one, I could nevertheless find no mention of Draw Poker or Stud Poker on bbcmicro.co.uk or the STH archive, leading me to think this might be something to explore further. No publisher name can be seen on the eBay image.
Hope this helps!

No link in your post but I assume you're referring to Aces High?
Not sure if it's been picked up by bbcmicro.co.uk yet but a download is available on Every Game Going:

Re: Missing game on Ebay. Did anyone get it?
Ah, that would be it, Dave. Genius here forgot to add the eBay link... ;-s
The benefit of a publisher name to check against further confirms it as being on bbcmicro.co.uk; I also think I'd been looking for four separate games, rather than expecting each one - including the draw poker and stud poker variants especially thought to have been elusive - to be included within the same program.
Oh well, panic over. At ease, everyone

PS Written by Margaret Stanger, I notice, author also of several Bug-Byte simulations and also Superior's PacMan clone Gnasher. With twelve known titles in the archive, she must number among the most prolific female Beeb authors, I'd have thought?
