I still would love help, but here I am asking for anyone to verify that the file works on some emulator. Also, I seek the name of the publisher, copyright date.

Can't help with the emulator side of things, alas, but the publisher was definitely US Gold, and the game was originally released in either 1985 or 1986.<br>
