Pengwyn BBC side of tape

Post by Fraser »

Pengwyn BBC has extra stop bits like I thought. They are spread differently to Electron saved files and sometimes theres only one byte between the extra bits. I haven't a clue what causes it but it is something getting the cpus time while saving. I don't know what causes it with the Electron either. Theres only 1 other tape I've seen like this from a lot of tapes. Normally a computer ignores extra stop bits while loading.

Its actually the Electron side of the tape that has extra stop bits. They are not similar to those normally made by an Electron though. The Electron game is on the side without the dummy screws.
