as per Jarod yesterday: here at the museum, the networks are 1-6, plus a couple of networks brought in by folks today 17 and 32. these networks have been translated to 20+ their original network. so for example, 6.253 TNMOC here should be addressed as 26.253 Ah. If ic 14 made little difference then I would work on one ram bank at a time. It looks like it could be a memory read error but if you put s25 south and redo the tricky ROM video that would help Position of S25 makes little difference. I think my next step will be to replace IC45. The schematic refe...

Re: Faulty Issue 7 Model B

Some of the IC numbers you've quoted don't align with the schematic part number. Yeah, that's AutoCorrect, I was typing it on the phone #-o It should be IC44 / 74LS74 and IC41 / 74LS02. IC42 doesn't have anything to do with RAM, it's all about serial/cassette timing. Don't replace that unless you h...

I'm embarrassed to announce 14.22 alpha 56 , which fixes a long-standing bug in save/restore for Z1 and Z2 games. A new --no-integra-b-private-ram option is available which will cause Ozmoo to avoid using the Integra-B private RAM. This does not disable other Integra-B support, so Integra-B shadow and sideways RAM will still be used even if this option is specified. Out of interest, what was the driver for add...

Re: Elite over Econet (BBC Master, 6502SP, BBC Micro with SRAM)

I've been looking into this, and I've found the reason for the crash. It looks like the IntegraB board's software stores a handler routine between locations &0880 and &08AC (the MOS printer buffer) and points the CLIV vector here, so the code gets called whenever an OS command is run. The c...

For MMFS2, I think your card needs to be formatted FAT32. Then it's just a case of adding .ssd / .dsd files to the root of your SD card. You can probably add then to a specific directory, but I can't remember what the beeb command is to change directories. *DCAT should then list all the files and th...
